Welcome to Yummify! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (“App”) and website (“Site”). By accessing or using Yummify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. User Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Yummify. If you are under 18, you may only use the App or Site with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
2. Subscription and Payments
2.1 Subscription Pricing:
The pricing for Yummify’s subscription plans (monthly or annual) may vary depending on your location, local taxes, and additional fees applied by Apple App Store or Google Play.
2.2 Payments:
- All payments and subscriptions are securely managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. To facilitate subscription management and billing, we work with trusted third-party services, including RevenueCat.
- Final subscription prices include any applicable taxes or fees determined by these platforms and your country of residence.
2.3 Cancellations and Refunds:
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are governed by the respective policies of Apple App Store and Google Play. Yummify does not handle refunds directly.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Prohibited Activities
When using Yummify, you agree not to:
- Use the App or Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to access the source code of the App or Site.
3.2 User-Generated Content
If you upload content to Yummify (e.g., photos or feedback):
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You grant Yummify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt your content within the App or Site.
4. Limitation of Liability
Yummify is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Health-related issues or outcomes resulting from the use of meal plans or recipes.
- Loss of data, unauthorized account access, or technical disruptions.
- Errors or inaccuracies in the nutritional information provided by third-party services.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of the App or Site.
6. Changes to These Terms
Yummify may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the App or Site. Continued use of the App or Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
